Questions about membership
How many kids does one membership cover?
Up to 4 kids in the same family. There’s no family tier and no extra charge per kid.
How do I cancel?
Go to Account, then Membership, then Cancel. A monthly membership stops at the end of the month you’ve paid for. On a yearly membership, turn off renewal and it runs to the end of the year. How to cancel, step by step
What happens after the free episode?
Your kid can replay Episode 1 as often as they like and look for all four endings. Episode 2 and the other series come with a membership. Nothing turns into a paid plan on its own.
What data do you collect from kids?
We save reading progress, choices, answers, hints used, and endings. On linked devices, progress also syncs to your parent account. We don’t ask your kid for a name, email, or photo. Children’s privacy
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Switch in Account, then Membership. The new plan starts when the one you’ve paid for ends.
Can I get a refund?
